Learning Outcomes

In this highly participatory session, you will:

  • Explore the network mindset, which emphasizes trusting relationships, collaboration based on shared purpose, and distributed leadership
  • Learn Converge’s theory of change for impact networks and the steps involved in forming a network to support learning and collaborative action
  • Become familiar with Network Leadership principles and roles
  • Consider opportunities to apply network concepts to your work
